Alla is one of a few legal experts in the MENA region practising in the Web3 and Blockchain industry. She has supported various industry players, including Defi Projects, DAOs, Play-to-Earn Games, and Virtual Assets Exchanges, to establish appropriate structures for their ventures across over 12 jurisdictions worldwide.

Alla also takes pride in her dual role as a legal practitioner and contributor to the establishment of virtual asset legislation in several jurisdictions.

Moreover, Alla is a certified attorney and is admitted to the Ukrainian National Bar Association. She has gained valuable experience in different roles throughout her legal journey, including working as an in-house counsel and representing clients before a court.

With a decade of experience in commercial law and litigation, she adeptly navigated an emerging virtual asset legal framework, enabling her to guide clients in meeting regulatory requirements while advancing their project objectives.
